HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality in support of the Corporate Office, the Shared Services Administrative Assistant provides administrative and project support to shared services teams in Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, and Advancement across LCSNW and its division, Compass Housing Alliance.
- Serves as a central point of coordination and communication, acting as a conduit to administrative professionals throughout the organization.
- Provides excellent customer service to community members by professionally managing the organization’s main phone line.
- Answers phone calls, provides information to callers, connects callers to appropriate people, forwards messages as needed, models and encourages direct, professional communication among staff members, and facilitates development of a positive staff support network.
- Welcome and directs visitors and vendors, retrieves information from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents, prepares written summaries of data when needed, responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions, coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for directors, managers or supervisors, prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings, maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment, assists or coordinates light custodial service as needed, provides back-up to Sr. Executive Assistant as needed, maintains filing systems as assigned, reconciles monthly bank statements for the agency credit cards as directed, distributes incoming and outgoing shared services mail and faxes, and maintains confidentiality of job-related information.

- Work experience in a field which meets the required functions and professional responsibilities of the position may substitute for education.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ administrative experience assisting executive or staff personnel.
