About the role

Supports the customer success team in providing exceptional service to condo residents. Assists with administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from condo residents
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with residents
  • Prepare and maintain resident records and files
  • Communicate with residents regarding maintenance requests and other issues
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Manage resident satisfaction surveys and feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
