About the role

The Administrative Assistant, Business Development position is responsible for supporting the business development team in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, routing appropriately
  • Prepare meeting materials and schedule appointments
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Assist with contract preparation and review
  • Support team members with research and data collection

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (optional but beneficial)
