About the role
The Administrative Assistant, Business Development position is responsible for supporting the business development team in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails, routing appropriately
- Prepare meeting materials and schedule appointments
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist with contract preparation and review
- Support team members with research and data collection
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of CRM systems (optional but beneficial)
