About The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the Audit Department by ensuring accurate, timely preparation of client deliverables and maintaining critical administrative processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Prepare, process, and finalize client correspondence and financial documents, including letters, financial statements, and planning/wrap documents; this is a primary responsibility of the role.
- Perform independent file inspections and manage file lockdown procedures across all EFPR offices.
- Aid in the development, updating, and maintenance of standardized templates.
- Cook up and track Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for all professional staff.
- Maintain and update the Audit Department staffing schedule.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
About You
- High School diploma required; Associate’s preferred.
- At least 2 years of administrative or related experience preferred, ideally in a professional services or accounting environment.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat/PDF Software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.

Pay
Estimated Hourly Range: $23/hr-$25/hr. This salary range is a good faith estimate based on the responsibilities of the role and typical market data across multiple U.S. geographies. Actual pay will depend on the candidate’s location, depth of experience, specialized skills, and overall qualifications.
