About the role
Our Apple Valley, MN office is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Financial Advisors and their clients. The role involves administrative support including reception and general office work, handling client calls, preparing meeting materials, and managing office logistics.
Responsibilities
- Call existing clients to schedule annual review meetings
- Handle incoming client calls for appointments and service needs
- Enthusiastically greet and welcome clients and prospects in for meetings
- Prepare and maintain beverage stations and obtain beverages for clients
- Manage incoming and outgoing USPS and UPS mail deliveries
- Ensure the reception and conference rooms are prepared for client visits
- Under the direction of your manager, assist with various office projects as requested
- Utilize Salesforce database to maintain client files including filing, copies, and data input
- Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs and vendor presentations to ensure up-to-date industry, product and company knowledge
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Excellent oral and written communication skills required to develop team and client relationships

- Prioritizes completing accurate work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good problem-solving skills: Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $26.00 to $29.00/hr (approx. $54,000 - $60,000/yr), exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
Schedule
This is an on-site/in-office position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm central.
