Administrative Assistant
What You’ll Do
- Administrative duties for the General Manager and Fuel Facility Manager.
- Affiliate with the Fuel Facility Manager, concerning administrative duties.
- Human Resources functions including but not limited to processing new employees, Airport I.D. badge and Customs badge processing, handling employee insurance, workers’ compensation, and processing of bi-weekly payroll.
- Upload and process invoicing as directed.
- Quarterly attendance review for all employees and issuance of disciplinary letters when necessary.
- Monthly review of motor vehicle records to ensure drivers have a valid state license.
- Aid the Fuel Facility Manager with the presentation of monthly Safety meetings.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings and keep on file.
- Compile and type statistical reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- A High School Diploma/GED with one (1) year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- An Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, FAA documentation, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Able to write reports and business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
- Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.
- Authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date.
Compensation
Expected Salary: $22 - $25 per hour

Location Requirements
The position will primarily work onsite at the Atlanta-Hartsfield International Airport in Atlanta, GA.
