About the role

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for the Division CFO. Duties may include: collecting and interpreting data to produce reports; conducting special projects; coordinating meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; and composing correspondence and other documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience from banking or financial services preferred
  • Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
  • Identifies and resolves exceptions and interprets data
  • Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

  • Personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.

Pay

$22.50 - $30.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.

Schedule

Job requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
