Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Fresno office. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and provides administrative, clerical, and reporting support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Serve as the front-office point of contact and maintain a welcoming office environment.
- Create, maintain, and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documents using Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Perform accurate data entry and administrative record management.
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records.
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to office staff and leadership.
- Aid with light Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including processing invoices and maintaining financial records.
- Support various office projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, office administration, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Accounts Payable or similar financial administrative functions.
- Experience maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and office records.
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative experience.
