Responsibilities
- Manage the CIO's calendar by coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal team schedules.
- Cook up meetings with investors, lenders, vendors, consultants, and internal team members.
- Organize meeting logistics, conference rooms, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for investment and project documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, supporting materials, and presentation packets.
- Record meeting notes when requested and track follow-up action items.
- Aid in incoming communications and draft routine correspondence.
- Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential investment, financial, and project records.
- Assist with departmental events, training sessions, and special projects.
- Help maintain contact databases, project tracking systems, and administrative resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- 2–4 years of administrative assistant, office management, or similar experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Experience supporting finance, real estate, investment, or professional services teams is preferred.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred.

The pay range for this role is: $45,000 - $55,000 USD per year (Government Street Office)
