Maintain the High-Density files in the workroom
- Reorganize existing files
- Create new file folders
- Sending files offsite when necessary
Update TyMetrix
- Preparing reports
- Performing searches
- Opening, updating, and closing matters
Processing of invoices through TyMetrix
- Create Coupa purchase orders
- Create payment requisitions
Word processing and preparing documents using Microsoft Office
- Word processing documents
- Prepare documents using Excel and PowerPoint
Processing department mail
- Prepare UPS, certified mail, and regular mailings
- Distribute any department mail received
Create execution memos
- Create memos to accompany documents for signature
Maintain the department’s electronic file repository within SharePoint
- Upload documents into the TAP file system
- Kick off workflows for document processing
Obtain data for estoppels, renewals, and right of first refusals
- Research EV charging stations
Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of office computer technologies and applications including Outlook and Office
- Able to learn new software
- Able to multi-task and communicate effectively with a team of professionals
- Able to stay organized and assist with organization
- Able to prioritize, coordinate, and demonstrate initiative
- Show good judgement and confidentiality
