Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scheduling and management of appointments, meetings, calls, conferences, travel, and other events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, organization charts, data spreadsheets and other documents and materials confirming accuracy of information and format.
  • Manage calls and other communications by screening, routing, and directing as appropriate.
  • Operate general office machines and other office equipment.
  • Oversee ordering of supplies, materials, and other office equipment in adherence to budget and policies.
  • Maintain and adhere to record retention policy for both hard copy and electronic reports and correspondence.
  • Avoidance of other administrative support needs, as required.
  • Collaborate with other administrative professionals on projects, coverage, events, and other activities.
  • Avoidance of other responsibilities and activities, as required.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Advanced use Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Adept at creating spreadsheets, presentations, various correspondence, and other documents.
  • Able to operate standard office machines.
  • Effective and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-directed with the ability to think analytically and effectively problem solve.
  • Effectively works independently and collaboratively with others at all levels.
  • Able to manage confidential information, maintain office records and files, and follow record retention procedures.

Education

  • High School diploma or GED, required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.

Work Experience/Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience supporting executive level leaders.
  • Previous experience supporting remote-based leaders.

Pay Range

16.00 - 23.00 USD per hour
