Responsibilities
- Support estimators with administrative tasks and project documentation
- Maintain bid logs, project files, and contract records
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel
- Cookordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Schedule meetings and manage correspondence
- Assist with proposal and bid submissions
- Ensure documents are accurate, organized, and submitted on time
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
