Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format written communications, documents, and routine correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support office staff by tracking follow-up items, coordinating client-related communication, and helping maintain timely responses.
  • Organize, sort, and maintain physical and electronic records so information is easy to access and up to date.
  • Aid in general administrative activities that help the office run smoothly, including document handling and task coordination.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, manage information, and support daily communication needs.
  • Review written materials for grammar, clarity, and consistency before distribution.
  • Provide dependable support to office professionals and take on additional administrative assignments as business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support or office assistant role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
  • Ability to draft clear and effective correspondence and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
  • Experience managing filing systems and maintaining organized records.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Detail-oriented approach, willingness to learn, and a dependable work ethic.
