Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help the office operate efficiently and maintain an organized workflow.
- Welcome visitors, handle front-desk responsibilities, and respond to inbound calls with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Provide general clerical support such as scheduling, correspondence, filing, and preparing materials for internal use.
- Aid with QuickBooks-related administrative tasks and help organize financial or tax-related information for review.
- Support accounting and tax teams by tracking follow-up items and ensuring action steps are documented and completed.
- Cook up communication between staff and clients to keep requests, updates, and appointments moving smoothly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support role.
- Strong ability to answer inbound calls and communicate clearly with clients and internal team members.
- Proficiency in data entry with consistent attention to accuracy and detail.
- Working knowledge of general administrative office procedures and front-desk support.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and exposure to tax or accounting environments is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in an organized office setting.
- Comfortable using standard office software and handling confidential information with discretion.
