Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Cooking orders and maintaining office kitchen and break areas.
- Processing expense reports using Concur or similar tools.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and tracking site-related information.
- Auxiliary support for visitor and team coordination.
- Collaborating with onsite administrative staff and project leadership.
- Communicating effectively in a fast-paced construction setting.
Requirements
- Previous administrative support, office coordination, or receptionist experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with data entry, inbound call handling, and general office administration.
- Familiarity with expense reporting systems like Concur.
- Comfortable working in a trailer-based office in West Memphis, Arkansas.
- Experience in a construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred.
- Stable work history and effective collaboration skills.
Qualifications
Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
