About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support various departments including Sales, Buying, Accounting, Training, and Management.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer communications, overflow calls, and voicemails.
- Providing administrative support such as preparing reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Aiding with scheduling, employee timekeeping, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Cooking vendor returns and processing defective merchandise efficiently.
- Organizing inventory-related tasks, maintaining donation records, and supporting merchandise flow.
- Supporting sales reports, contests, goals, and recognition programs.
- Maintaining office organization, signage, bulletin boards, and break room supplies.
- Contributing to day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.
