Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and schedules
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Cook up meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Aid with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Support various administrative projects as needed
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
