Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and schedules
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Cook up meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Aid with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
  • Support various administrative projects as needed
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
