About the role
The Retail Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing additional administrative support at the direction of the Sales Center Management Team. The daily responsibilities will change based on the support required.
Responsibilities
- Maintains filing systems
- General data entry
- Variety of office duties
- AP or AR processing
- Contract Entry or closing
- Customer Service communication
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 year Degree preferred
Skills
- Bilingual-Spanish a plus
