Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work in the office Monday through Friday.
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Reconciling PO receivers via Coupa.
  • Invoice processing via Coupa.
  • Ensure timely payments of invoices to maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Create and maintain vendor and employee master files.
  • Review and reconcile customer statements and accounts.
  • Receive, place, and fill customer orders and purchase orders.
  • Maintain internal and external relationships with vendors and employees, including solving issues and discrepancies.
  • Perform data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks such as ordering office supplies, filing, scanning, etc.

Required Skills And Abilities

  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.

Education And Experience

  • 1+ years of administrative experience is required.
  • Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge a plus.
  • Experience with Coupa is preferred.
