Duties And Responsibilities
- Work in the office Monday through Friday.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Reconciling PO receivers via Coupa.
- Invoice processing via Coupa.
- Ensure timely payments of invoices to maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Create and maintain vendor and employee master files.
- Review and reconcile customer statements and accounts.
- Receive, place, and fill customer orders and purchase orders.
- Maintain internal and external relationships with vendors and employees, including solving issues and discrepancies.
- Perform data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks such as ordering office supplies, filing, scanning, etc.
Required Skills And Abilities
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
- Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
Education And Experience
- 1+ years of administrative experience is required.
- Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge a plus.
- Experience with Coupa is preferred.
