About the role
The Orlando office of Nelson Mullins is excited to bring on a new Administrative Assistant to their Affordable Housing team. This position plays a large part in our success.
Responsibilities
- Utilize a thorough checklist system to process documents for multiple closings
- Maintain calendars and schedule client meetings
- Process expenses and dictation
- Arrange travel and recordkeeping
- Assist with communication, both internally and externally
- Draft appropriate memos when needed
Requirements
- Stellar administrative support skills
- High level of professionalism and communication
- Quickly re-prioritize when needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Emphasis on organization
- Prior law firm experience, extremely preferred
- Transactional or Real Estate experience is a big plus
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Strong hold on technology
- Thorough proofreading ability
