About the role

The Orlando office of Nelson Mullins is excited to bring on a new Administrative Assistant to their Affordable Housing team. This position plays a large part in our success.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a thorough checklist system to process documents for multiple closings
  • Maintain calendars and schedule client meetings
  • Process expenses and dictation
  • Arrange travel and recordkeeping
  • Assist with communication, both internally and externally
  • Draft appropriate memos when needed

Requirements

  • Stellar administrative support skills
  • High level of professionalism and communication
  • Quickly re-prioritize when needed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Emphasis on organization
  • Prior law firm experience, extremely preferred
  • Transactional or Real Estate experience is a big plus
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Strong hold on technology
  • Thorough proofreading ability
