Administrative Assistant

Lund is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This welcoming, dependable, and organized individual will manage front office operations, handle phone and voicemail systems, and ensure clients, staff, and visitors feel supported.
Responsibilities
- Triage calls, including medical or crisis-related concerns, and ensure messages and needs reach the right people quickly.
- Support new employee onboarding, assist with Residential client admissions, and help staff with essential office tools and equipment.
- Take the lead on ordering and organizing office supplies to ensure teams across the agency have what they need.
- Provide administrative support for program operations, including client admissions and discharges, data entry for referrals and intakes, maintaining records in the EHR, and supporting insurance/Medicaid eligibility and billing-related communication.
Qualifications
- Absorates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and accurate attention to detail.
Benefits
Full-time, in-person, 40-hour per week position. The rate of pay for this position is $21/hr.
