About the role
Responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
- Manage calendars and ensure all appointments and deadlines are communicated effectively.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, prioritize tasks, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare documents and reports as required by the team.
- Assist with organizing events and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial.
