Job Type

  • Limited travel; Battle Assembly weekend availability may be required

Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for PHP programs within the assigned regional division; facilitate, track, and report program results and data.
  • Cookordinate and consult with RC leadership on behavioral health case management and psychological health administrative matters.
  • Plan and coordinate regional case management meetings; prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute summaries.
  • Provide verbal reports of significant events to COR within one day and written summaries within one week.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics for RDPH, NCM, and RDPH-TL staff.
  • Maintain case records, credentials files, and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and DHAPM 6025.13, Volume 4.
  • Prepare, edit, and submit monthly MSRs, training certificates, and other required deliverables to the COR on schedule.
  • Serve as installation access coordinator; assist staff with CAC processing, visitor access requests, and installation pass management.
  • Support data entry and management in program information systems; maintain PII safeguards per DoD Directive 5400.11.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Soldiers, families, and RC personnel seeking program information or referrals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment; strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Clear FBI/state background check required.
  • U.S. citizenship or authorized work status; ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1 investigation).

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Some college coursework or vocational training in business administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting DoD programs, military units, or federal government contracts.
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential.
