Principal accountabilities

  • Comply with all environmental & health and safety federal, state, local regulations and company policies.
  • Report operational KPIs.
  • Provide administrative HR support as needed, such as:
    • Placing advertisements.
    • Submitting background check.
    • Data entry of payroll information for new employees.
  • Cook up meetings and plant tours/visits.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide receptionist duties (greets visitors, takes and routes phone calls, etc.).
  • Aid with Purchase Order and expense administration.
  • Organize inventory and order all office supplies.
  • Maintain office equipment such as copy and fax machines and printers.
  • Prepare typed documents and their distribution.
  • Establish and maintain filing system for the Administrative Dept.
  • Prepare expense reports.
  • Manage copy room.

Requirements for the role

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3 years’ administrative experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office packages and Outlook email.
