Key Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of grantmaking programs from application through evaluation
- Maintain grant documentation and records
- Aid with due diligence activities and organizational reviews
- Track grant timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements
- Cook up communications with nonprofit partners and stakeholders
- Support process improvement initiatives across programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of project coordination, program administration, operations, executive support, nonprofit, foundation, or grants administration experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Preferred Experience
- Nonprofit, foundation, philanthropy, or grantmaking experience
- Executive administrative support experience
- Data reporting and analysis
- Community engagement initiatives
- Grants management platforms
- Survey and reporting tools
