Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role within a law firm.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and legal case management software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Liaise with clients and other legal professionals, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts and other relevant bodies.
  • Monitor deadlines and manage case timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform legal research and assist in case preparation as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
