Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role within a law firm.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and legal case management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Liaise with clients and other legal professionals, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts and other relevant bodies.
- Monitor deadlines and manage case timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform legal research and assist in case preparation as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
