About the role

Performs complex administrative tasks including typing business letters, memorandums, reports, charts, E-Filing, composing and preparing routine correspondence, establishing and maintaining confidential files and records, managing a calendar and scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, following up on action items, maintaining a student incentives system, overseeing the Student Government, pulling student termination records, ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, operating office machines, and assisting with student accountability and behavior management.

Responsibilities

  • Typing business letters, memorandums, reports, charts, E-Filing, and composing routine correspondence
  • Maintaining confidential files and records
  • Scheduling appointments and managing a calendar
  • Sending and receiving incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
  • Following up on action items
  • Maintaining the student incentives system
  • Overseeing the Student Government
  • Pulling student termination records and filing in the Data Integrity Department
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Operating office machines and instructing others in their operation
  • Aiding in student accountability and behavior management

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three years work-related experience
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
