Responsibilities

  • Answering phones, taking messages, directing calls, and managing emails and other correspondence
  • Greeting visitors and clients to the office
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining physical and digital files, databases, and other record-keeping systems
  • Preparing, editing, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations
  • Ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance
  • Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, and other events
  • Assisting with various projects as called upon
  • Inputting and updating information into various systems and databases

Qualifications
