Responsibilities
- Answering phones, taking messages, directing calls, and managing emails and other correspondence
- Greeting visitors and clients to the office
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Maintaining physical and digital files, databases, and other record-keeping systems
- Preparing, editing, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations
- Ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance
- Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, and other events
- Assisting with various projects as called upon
- Inputting and updating information into various systems and databases
