The Administrative Assistant (AA) at Innovative Renal Care (IRC) executes administrative tasks of a confidential nature, relieving management of clerical, administrative, and business details as needed. Key responsibilities include screening calls, managing mail, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Responsibilities
- Screens incoming calls and messages
- Manages and sorts incoming mail
- Schedules appointments and coordinates meetings
- Maintains and updates calendars
- Relieves management of clerical and administrative duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical setting preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
