Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team and various departments.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Organize and schedule meetings, both internally and externally, and prepare necessary materials and agendas.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Aid in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Cook up travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Support office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges and learn new processes.
