What will your day look like?

Welcome all visitors of the clinic to create an exceptional patient experience with every interaction.

Work in a demanding, fast paced environment that is frequently adapting to industry standards where you will interact with patients seeking mental health and substance use treatment. Patients can include children as young as three, adolescents and adults 18 and older.

Work with multiple electronic platforms that include our Electronic Health Record (EHR), various web-based systems, and other technology platforms.

  • Oversight of all scheduled appointments
  • Aid in medication refill requests from patients and pharmacies
  • Prepare charts and record requests
  • Support the day-to-day needs of our clinical and medical staff
  • Manage, triage, and support administrative responsibilities
  • Use supplemental technologies to support patient and clinical care
  • Handle insurance and billing disputes
  • Schedule appointments
  • Cook up transportation needs
  • Communicate with referral sources from courts, schools, and/or hospitals
  • Address other concerns that may arise
  • Engage in creative problem solving to support the overall operations of the clinic

What makes you a great candidate?

  • A high school diploma with 2 years of experience within the customer service or behavioral health field.

Location and Hours

This position is located at 2400 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls NY. Hours are full-time, with a personalized schedule coordinated with your supervisor to meet both the clinic and patients' needs as well as yours. Outpatient clinics offer expanded hours Monday – Thursday, so you'll be asked to be available at least 2 evenings per week, but we can help you create a schedule that works for you, as many locations close early on Fridays!

Compensation

The range of pay for this position is $18.26 - $19.78. Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually.

Physical Demands

  • Sitting for extended periods, alternating between standing and sitting
  • Mobility required with repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements
  • Handling light duties, occasionally lifting objects up to 20 pounds
