About the role
We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our home care office.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and route calls to appropriate staff.
- Absorb and assist clients, caregivers, and visitors with general inquiries.
- Maintain and organize client and employee files.
- Absorb and assist with clerical compliance tracking and documentation updates.
- Ensure employee files remain complete and organized.
- Perform data entry and basic office documentation tasks.
- Support scheduling and daily office operations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Strong phone and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Preferred: Home care, healthcare, or medical office administration experience.
- Experience maintaining employee or client compliance files.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation.
- Professional and dependable work ethic.
