About the role

We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our home care office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and route calls to appropriate staff.
  • Absorb and assist clients, caregivers, and visitors with general inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize client and employee files.
  • Absorb and assist with clerical compliance tracking and documentation updates.
  • Ensure employee files remain complete and organized.
  • Perform data entry and basic office documentation tasks.
  • Support scheduling and daily office operations as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Strong phone and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Preferred: Home care, healthcare, or medical office administration experience.
  • Experience maintaining employee or client compliance files.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Professional and dependable work ethic.
