Administrative Assistant

About the role

Family Express is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and enhance the welcoming experience for employees, candidates, vendors, and guests. This role involves more than just answering phones and greeting visitors; you'll serve as a key support partner across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and incoming calls
• Support daily administrative operations for multiple departments
• Cookordinate schedules, meetings, office organization, and communication
• Aid with reports, projects, and operational initiatives
• Maintain organized records, supplies, and office systems
• Partner with teams across the organization to help keep operations moving smoothly

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Digital literacy
• Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
