Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and office support
  • Answer and make telephone calls
  • Generate and handle traffic
  • Data entry to existing software and excel spreadsheets
  • Word processing, letter generation and follow up
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned by supervisor

Requirements/Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred
  • Above average verbal, math and writing skills
  • Fundamental understanding of sales techniques and public relations
  • A willingness to follow directions and work within a group environment; be a team player
  • Computer experience, including accurate skill in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A car, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required
  • Impeccable presentation skills

  • We expect you to provide an overall professional and positive environment for the residents of our apartment community
  • The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of previous administrative experience
  • This position is part-time, but we do offer a flexible schedule
  • Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • We are looking for someone who is eager and willing to learn!
