Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and office support
- Answer and make telephone calls
- Generate and handle traffic
- Data entry to existing software and excel spreadsheets
- Word processing, letter generation and follow up
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned by supervisor
Requirements/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred
- Above average verbal, math and writing skills
- Fundamental understanding of sales techniques and public relations
- A willingness to follow directions and work within a group environment; be a team player
- Computer experience, including accurate skill in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- A car, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required
- Impeccable presentation skills

- The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of previous administrative experience
- This position is part-time, but we do offer a flexible schedule
- Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
