About the role

We are currently searching for Dental Administrative Assistants. The administrative support staff is responsible for tasks prior, during and after the event as well as carrying out administrative tasks for our Military missions in the State of ________ on an "as needed basis".

Responsibilities

  • Check in and out participants
  • Differentiate paperwork
  • Input Denclass soldier information
  • Complete event set up, take down and maintenance

Requirements

  • Dental office or administrative experience
  • Necessary training needed for Military events
  • Possess reliable transportation
  • Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience with Dental - preferred
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience in a military setting - preferred
  • Must have weekend availability
  • Proficient with computer systems, especially Microsoft Office
