About the role

The Administrative Assistant works a Monday- Friday schedule supporting Arizona Skilled Nursing Facility Dialysis locations. The AA must work on-site 2-3 days/week and rotate between the Arizona Facilities listed below.

Responsibilities

  • Support patient admissions
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Aid patients with arrangements and physician appointments

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in a medical setting
  • Excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Medical secretary or secretarial certification preferred
  • Type 60 WPM
  • High school diploma or GED

Qualifications

Current Arizona Locations Include: DaVita SNF Dialysis at Resolve, DaVita SNf Dialysis At Haven, DaVita SNF Dialysis at Palm Valley, DaVita SNF Dialysis at Haven Tucson, DaVita SNF Dialysis Plaza.

Skills

Must have 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in a medical setting.
