Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Aid in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Assist with AP/AR and other accounting tasks when needed
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Som accounting experience a plus
- Degree in accounting a HUGE plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach to work
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Some knowledge of construction and/or HVAC terminology a big plus!
