Job Description
- Managing and coordinating business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals) and ensuring complete documentation for audit compliance.
- Preparing and submitting expense reports for executives, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Creating and managing purchase orders for office and operational supplies.
- Ensuring adherence to corporate policies (travel management, expense, purchasing, and compliance guidelines).
- Supporting executives with agenda organization, administrative coordination, and ad hoc requests.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on administrative processes and supporting team needs.
- Maintaining flexibility to support dynamic and unpredictable executive schedules.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years in administrative or executive support roles.
- Languages: English: Advanced (C1 – mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools and business applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail, high level of discretion and professionalism, flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
