Administrative Assistant

About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic and innovative team. This position will be responsible for enhancing the user experience on our BlinkRx platform, ensuring that all features meet high standards of usability and accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features and enhancements to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, and customer success to ensure seamless integration and alignment of efforts.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and inform product decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies and UX/UI trends to continuously improve the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in user interface design or similar role.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
