Duties
- Organizing and drafting responses to executive emails
- Provide day to day administrative support to president
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for internal and client facing projects
- Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and event documentation
- Maintain event databases, client files, and vendor records
- Auxiliary with event logistics such as vendor research, vendor coordination, and materials preparation
- Assist with various personal assistant duties (i.e. returning packages, occasional errands, personal scheduling)
Requirements
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, professionalism under pressure, and a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Events/hospitality/marketing experience required
