Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to 6-8 professionals across analyst through Managing Director levels
- Manage heavy internal and external meeting scheduling across time zones
- Cook complex domestic and international travel, preparing detailed itineraries
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Track investor calls, meetings, prospect inboxes, and departmental processes
- Prepare meeting materials including presentations, books, and bios
- Support planning and execution of roadshows, conferences, and client events
- Partner closely with other administrators to ensure seamless coverage and collaboration
- Aid with ad hoc projects including firmwide events, philanthropy initiatives, and brand-related work
Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of administrative or Executive Assistant experience to a team required
- Experience working within financial services
- Demonstrated experience coordinating heavy travel and managing high-volume calendars
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to cross-cover and support others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Workday experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
