Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
As an Administrative Assistant at The Aspen Grove School, you will support the Director and Assistant Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the center while providing professional administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Aid in ensuring the health & safety of all children and staff.
- Perform administrative duties, including enrollment and tours; maintain staff and child files, answering phones, responding to emails, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Manage and maintain a neat/organized workspace.
- Provide assistance to prospective and enrolled families.
- Maintain and enforce state licensing regulations and policy compliance.
- Facilitate and maintain childcare licensing standards.
- Provide support where needed throughout the center.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of (years) experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Minimum of (years) in an administrative role
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Energetic and Flexible
- Shows initiative; strong work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- CPR and First Aid Certified (preferred)
- Must pass a criminal background check
Compensation
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
