Administrative Assistant
About the role
Provide comprehensive administrative support for assigned programs by preparing and distributing professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials. Schedule, organize, and support preparations for meetings, conferences, and special events. Compile, enter, and verify data across computer databases—identifying and correcting discrepancies—while establishing and maintaining organized filing systems. Serve as the primary point of contact by greeting visitors, handling general phone inquiries, and managing office inventory and supplies.
Responsibilities

- Schedule, organize, and support preparations for meetings, conferences, and special events.

Requirements
- A high school diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
- Professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Qualifications
- Excel savvy.
- Google applications a must.
- Drive, email, and slide administration experience preferred.
