Principle Responsibilities

  • Performs clerical tasks.
    • Typing.
    • Preparation of documents.
    • Mailing.
  • Answers phones and makes client/business associate calls.
  • Maintains client records.
  • Completes billing tasks and compiles data.
  • Maintains databases and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Generates reports.
  • Provides department support.
  • Schedules patient/client visits.
  • Performs receptionist and check-in function.
  • Orders supplies.
  • Coordicates meetings, conferences, presentations, travel arrangements.
  • Manages assigned projects.
  • Manages employee and leader schedules and calendars.
  • Writes correspondence to internal customers, or to clients or business associates.
  • Manages provider schedules, expenses and/or education tracking.
  • Manages department timecards.
  • Manages department website.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description.
  • 2 to 5 years in administrative support or secretarial experience.
  • 2 to 5 years in Microsoft Office functions and computer technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associate's or Vocational degree in related field.
  • 2 to 5 years in electronic medical record experience.

Physical Demands

  • Light Work: Lifting weight up to 20 lbs. occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequently.
  • 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two-week pay period).
  • 8-hour day shifts.
  • No weekends.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $22.04 to $30.01 per hour.

Shift, Weekend and/or Other Differentials

Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
