Principle Responsibilities
- Performs clerical tasks.
- Typing.
- Preparation of documents.
- Mailing.
- Answers phones and makes client/business associate calls.
- Maintains client records.
- Completes billing tasks and compiles data.
- Maintains databases and Excel spreadsheets.
- Generates reports.
- Provides department support.
- Schedules patient/client visits.
- Performs receptionist and check-in function.
- Orders supplies.
- Coordicates meetings, conferences, presentations, travel arrangements.
- Manages assigned projects.
- Manages employee and leader schedules and calendars.
- Writes correspondence to internal customers, or to clients or business associates.
- Manages provider schedules, expenses and/or education tracking.
- Manages department timecards.
- Manages department website.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description.
- 2 to 5 years in administrative support or secretarial experience.
- 2 to 5 years in Microsoft Office functions and computer technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associate's or Vocational degree in related field.
- 2 to 5 years in electronic medical record experience.
Physical Demands
- Light Work: Lifting weight up to 20 lbs. occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequently.
- 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two-week pay period).
- 8-hour day shifts.
- No weekends.
Pay Range
Pay Range: $22.04 to $30.01 per hour.
Shift, Weekend and/or Other Differentials
Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
