About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support leaders within our MCL Technology organization in North America. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support, helping ensure smooth operations across teams. You will play a key role in maintaining organized schedules, supporting team activities, and assisting with documentation and communication, enabling leaders to stay focused on key business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and assist with scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for team members as needed
  • Support meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and note-taking when required
  • Auxiliary in maintaining team documentation, presentations, and shared resources
  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and internal activities from planning through execution
  • Provide administrative support for reporting, data tracking, and basic presentation updates
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal coordination across teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain team sites, SharePoint pages, and organizational documentation
  • Support internal communications and ensure timely follow-ups on action items

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar support role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong reliability, follow-through, and a proactive mindset

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

Pay

The pay range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000*. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
