Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator
Job Description
The Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and project support within the Division of Human Resources. Reporting to the Senior Director for Strategy and Operations, this role dedicates approximately 50% of effort to executive-level administrative support for one or more HR executives and 50% to program and project coordination across HR initiatives. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence by managing executive calendars and communications, coordinating meetings and documentation, supporting onboarding and search processes, and providing structured project management support including research, tracking milestones, preparing reports, and ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives.

Overtime Status: Non-Exempt: Eligible for overtime

Salary Information: Commensurate with experience with a salary range of $48,000-$52,000 per year
