- Expert-level Microsoft Outlook, including complex executive calendar management, meeting coordination, delegate access, shared mailboxes, and inbox management.
- Expert-level Microsoft Teams, including scheduling and managing meetings, collaboration, file sharing, and supporting virtual executive engagements.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint.
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Prioritize competing requests and work independently.
