Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior leadership, anticipating conflicts and proactively resolving issues.
- Cook up comprehensive travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
- Plan and execute meetings and events, ensuring all necessary resources and preparations are in place.
- Support department financial and personnel operations, including processing expenses and assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Manage facility operations, ensuring a well-organized and functional work environment.
- Order hardware, peripherals, and other necessary supplies for the team.
- Lead and participate in special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Actively participate in centralized events, such as morale-building activities and conferences.
Qualifications
- Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 months of relevant professional experience in an administrative support role.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, especially for senior leadership.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to anticipating needs and taking initiative without explicit direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and draft professional correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or team logistics.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate business needs.
- Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Previous experience with a large technology company.
- Familiarity with standard business tools and internal systems (e.g., expense, travel, procurement).
- A background in customer service is highly valued.
Pay
