Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate internal and external appointments for executives and team members.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external use.
  • Cook up and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas where applicable, and expense reporting in accordance with firm policies.
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and offsites, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external counterparties, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed to support business operations and team effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative support role.
  • Prior experience in a financial institution or professional services environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and/or teams within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage competing priorities across regions.
