Administration Generalist 1
About the role
The position will support the onboarding process of bringing new candidates in. Onboarding Employees; processing and/or approving new hires and internal transfers. Processing and reviewing background investigation reports Sending and requesting information to internal and external customers Coordinating appointment and start dates.
Responsibilities
- Supports onboarding of new candidates
- Processes and approves new hires and internal transfers
- Reviews and processes background investigation reports
- Sends and requests information from internal and external customers
- Calls and coordinates appointments and start dates
- Performs general personnel/clerical tasks including maintaining employee records, employment eligibility, travel coordination, and equal employment opportunity
- Maintains both manual and electronic personnel records
- Collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel data
- Prepares reports as needed
- Furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies as required
- Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree and 2 years additional education and/or relevant experience are required.
